All items are made to order that’s why it takes us a little longer to deliver it to you, but it also helps us to not overproduce on items. Please allow the estimated shipping time (see below) to arrive.

All orders are printed and shipped from our headquarters in the US within 3 - 5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. Then it takes 3 - 4 days for the shipping company to deliver a package in the US, and it might take from 14-21 business days for international.

How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

My Order Says Delivered But I Have Not Received It, What Should I Do?
USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
Shipping Address Issues
Oceandust WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, email us at support@oceandust.la
Why Is My Order Still In "Pre-Shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
International Custom Fees
Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs department. We do not cover these additional charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
